We stayed in this during our recent visit to London. I made separate reservations for each day because I wasn’t sure that how many days we may stay and its easy to cancel if you have separate reservations incase the plan change.

We checked it and given the room which we didn’t like at all. The room was small, had twin bed and very old looking. Soon after checking in I got an email from front desk supervisor for next reservation.

I am sure she was not aware that we are already staying in hotel. She wrote “As a distinctive Diamond HHonors Guest I am very happy to learn of your upcoming visit to our hotel in London and would like present my dedicated assistance, with pleasure, for anything you may require before, during or after your stay. As we want to ensure that you are as comfortable as possible and feel at home with us for the duration of your stay, I have upgraded your room from a Double to a Double Executive.

Its strange that she didn’t knew that we had separate reservations and I didn’t receive any email for ongoing reservation.

Well, I replied her and share my views over the room and asked her to move us to the double executive room and she was quick to reply, Next day we moved to another room.

All the rooms are old and new room was better than before and had king bed but it was not upto the standard.

Hotel location is very good and has mall, restaurants, tube station within walking distance.

Executive lounge is located on a ground floor and is small. They didn’t have any vegetarian hot dish during happy hour for all the days we stayed which is a negative for vegetarians. All alcoholic drinks are served by staff only which I never seen before as well.

Breakfast was fine but its an old property. We were satisfied for the price we paid.
