I always like five star properties in India more than most of the countries because I believe that Indians provide the best service but at the same time i feel it sometime over friendly.
We had a nice experience at Hilton Jaipur during one one night stay. Check in was smooth but we didn’t get baby cot in room even after confirming by the checkin staff that it will be sent to the room shortly. It was placed only after calling to the housekeeping service after couple of hours.
Executive lounge was full when we went to have evening cocktail but we were escorted to the bar on the ground floor where the drinks and canapés were served. Bar were better than executive lounge but there were no food options. They brought some to the table which were fine. Kids are welcomed to the lounge all the time and surprisingly our baby were allowed into the bar as well, which we appreciate.
We checked out early in morning and didn’t have time to have breakfast. We been told during checkin that our breakfast basket will be ready upon checkout but that wasn’t there. They provided the basket after asking for that which took around 10 minutes but we didn’t like the quality of it.
Overall nice experience and would recommend this hotel to people traveling to Jaipur
